Antec Chill Control V Software

BETA GRID SOFTWARE 2.1. NEW VERSION MOUNTING KIT FOR KUHLER'S 650, 750, 950 AND 1250. Avengers Case Build 0. 2782 Bayview Dr, Fremont, CA. Antec has included their Chill Control V software, which allows robust control of the fans/pump speed as well as providing monitoring. The left image below shows the 'Extreme' setting, which, frankly, will never be used with the included fans. The 51dB sound level is probably generous, as these babies absolutely roar, but more on that later.

Antec Chill Control V Software Update

Hi all, this 3d is to address an issue i'm facing and for which i have found already a workaround, so i hope this can be useful for some and useful for me in finding the final solution and NOT a workaround.
First of all let me say that this issue has been raised to Antec but they have not been able yet to provide a valid fix and not even to reproduce it.
The system where i have found the issue is the one on my Signature, basically when you satrt the ChillControl V software to control the Pump of the watercooling system it will show up for a second and close immediately after without any kind of errors and/or logs, i have checked everything and every version of the software, i have tried to disconnect, connect it again, disable, enable, uninstall drivers, install drivers, format and install from scratch the OS, nothing has worked, if you need to use it you have follow the below workaround:
1. uninstall the drivers;
2. uninstall the software;
3. restart the system;
4. isntall software/install drivers --> restart system;
5. now you can use the program
so after the above workaround you will be able to use the software and set your pump speed, fan speed and everything else, BUT, as soon as you will quit the software you won't never be able to start it again until you will follow the above procedure again.
One thing i have noticed is that Corsair iLink (software using the Corsair Link connected on the secon USB internal header on the mobo) is using the same drivers xyz.dll and every time you restart the system after following the above workaround you will see on the device manager page that the Corsair Link is '!' so i think/guess that the reason is that they are using the same drivers?? i'm not sure, i have flagged this situation to the Antec Support but they cannot reproduce it, i am here to ask you if you have any advice, suggestions, at least to monitor the issue, i mean, it would be really helpful to know how to 'log' the issue while i am reproducing it to see what the problem is.
Thanks in advance.
